Identify the Authority Gap
A lot of founders and senior experts are dramatically under-positioned.
They have the experience. The results. The frameworks. The receipts. None of it shows up in search, in feed, or in the rooms where decisions actually get made.
Call it the Authority Gap. The distance between what someone can actually do and what the market believes they can do.
Meanwhile, less-experienced operators often own the conversation. Not because they're better. Because they understand storytelling, repetition, positioning, and distribution. They built a layer of visibility their resume cannot justify, and the market accepted it.
Closing the gap requires a few honest moves: sharper positioning, clearer communication, deliberate visibility, and systems that distribute the work without burning the operator out doing it.
AI accelerates every part of this. But only if the underlying positioning is sound. Tools amplify whatever they're pointed at, including bad positioning. That's worth saying twice.
